What would happen if a vampire made a pregnant woman into a vampire? Would they have a vampire baby? how would that work with breastfeeding? Or would she be pregnant for eternity? What are you talking about? I know it's not real. It's a hypothetical situation that I find amusing. Thought I'd get some funny answers, but you guys are really antagonistic! With Breast feeding, they baby would be quite vicious, but the mother, being vampire as well, could tolerate it, with her super nipples(!)
